About ReStore
Building homes. Building communities. Building hope.
Habitat for Humanity operates a social enterprise called ReStore that sells donated home furnishings, appliances, and other renovation materials to the public at a discounted rate. Since opening its first location in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in 1991, ReStore has grown to hundreds of locations across Canada and the U.S., with over a thousand stores worldwide.
Every Habitat ReStore is unique, offering a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for those looking to add something new to their homes. The inventory is constantly changing at each location, with new items being donated by local residents and businesses daily. Whether you're looking for windows, lighting, hardware, furniture, or appliances, you'll always find something new to explore and breathe new life into. All proceeds help families gain access to affordable homeownership through Habitat for Humanity.
